The Role
We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and manage learning initiatives that strengthen workplace capabilities and support organisational transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to deliver impactful learning solutions.
Salary: $3,800 – $5,500/month
Location: Central Singapore
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop classroom, blended, and digital learning programmes to address workforce capability needs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and translate business requirements into effective learning interventions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content, training materials, and learning resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programmes through feedback, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Manage end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Research industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices to enhance programme effectiveness.
- Develop and curate learning resources that support continuous learning and capability building.
- Support organisational improvement and transformation initiatives through learning and development projects.
What Are We Looking For?
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, or capability development.
- Experience in designing and delivering adult learning programmes, both online and classroom-based.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess learning needs and programme effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with changing priorities.
- Familiarity with learning methodologies, learning technologies, and programme evaluation frameworks will be advantageous.
