Job summary

COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT LEARNING CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Learning Intervention Teacher to join a multidisciplinary team.

You will teach children with learning difficulties, addressing behavioural and academic needs, and deliver high-quality education aligned with our standards and guidelines. You will design and implement IEPs, assess progress, and develop customised teaching materials, while collaborating with teachers and parents.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: At least 2 years in Special Education or a related field.
• Traineeship Pathway: 6-month competency-based traineeship for candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational programmes in line with the organisation's philosophy and guidelines.
• Conduct periodic assessments to monitor progress and align with learning objectives.
• Develop and customise teaching materials for individual goals and needs.
• Design, implement, and review IEPs with measurable goals.
• Provide timely feedback to the Director for Education and parents.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to improve practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student records and outcomes.
• Stay informed of evidence-based practices in special education.
