Job summary

SSI in Singapore is seeking an experienced Head of Department of Learning Excellence to provide strategic leadership over CET quality management, outcome evaluation and AE management. The role also leads digitalisation capability development for the social service sector and oversees a team of L&D professionals.

The successful candidate will guide frameworks, engage stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory and funding requirements across training programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in training quality assurance, workforce development, or learning and development.
• Experience with SSG frameworks and course endorsement processes is advantageous.
• Outstanding candidates with less working experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead SSI's CET quality assurance efforts and course endorsement processes with funding bodies.
• Develop and oversee evaluation frameworks for training programmes and translate findings into improvements.
• Oversee onboarding, engagement and development of adult educators for sector practitioners.
• Drive digitalisation capability development for the social service sector and collaborate with partners.
• Supervise and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
