Job summary

National Council of Social Service in Singapore seeks a strategic Head of Department of Learning Excellence to provide leadership over CET quality management, outcome evaluation, AE management, and sector digitalisation capability development.

You will lead quality assurance for sector CET, design evaluation methodologies, oversee AE onboarding and development, and drive digital literacy initiatives across the social service sector, mentoring a team of L&D professionals.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in training quality assurance, workforce development, or learning and development roles.
Experience with SSG frameworks and course endorsement processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead SSI's CET quality assurance for the sector and oversee course endorsement processes with funding bodies.
Develop and oversee frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
Manage the adult educator pool, onboarding, engagement and development of AEs.
Drive digitalisation capability development for the social service sector with relevant programmes and partnerships.
Supervise and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
