Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to manage a portfolio of programmes that build innovation and foundational capabilities within a large organisation. The role involves conceptualising learning interventions, shaping outcomes with SMEs, and assessing impact.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, develop materials, and oversee end-to-end programme delivery within budget and timelines.

Role Overview

You will manage a portfolio of programmes to build innovation and foundational capabilities within a large organisation. In this role, you will:

• Conceptualise online, blended or classroom learning interventions (e.g., identify learning needs, design curriculum, work with subject matter experts to develop training materials, and evaluate learning interventions) focused on innovation and foundational competencies.
• Work with subject matter experts to shape course learning outcomes and develop training materials.
• Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of learning interventions at both the individual trainee and organisational level.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess capability gaps, design targeted interventions, and produce learning resources.
• Oversee end-to-end programme development and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
• Research emerging practices in learning and development to ensure programmes remain cutting-edge and aligned with sector developments.
• Contribute to consultancy projects supporting organisational transformation, applying methodologies such as design thinking and process improvement.

Specific Requirements

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and instructional design.
• Strong organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-changing work environment.
• Professionalism and confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
