Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support learning development activities in service and compliance. The contract duration is up to 1 year, subject to conversion.

Responsibilities include designing learning programmes, creating learning interventions, and developing e-learning content. You will facilitate workshops, measure training effectiveness, and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in curriculum design, training and facilitation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passionate about L&D.
