People Advantage Pte Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Programme Specialist to manage and deliver impactful learning initiatives. The position requires a degree in HR or a related field, with experience in L&D, programme management, facilitation or training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives.
• Facilitate learning sessions and support engaging learning experiences across formats.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop practical learning content.
• Coordinate programme logistics, timelines, resources and communications.
• Review outcomes and recommend improvements to learning effectiveness.
• Support capability-building initiatives through learning projects.
• Research learning trends to improve programme relevance.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

About the Role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Programme Specialist to manage and deliver impactful learning initiatives. This role combines programme management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement to create effective learning experiences and support continuous capability development.

Salary: $3,800 – $5,500/month
Location: Central Singapore
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Scope

• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives

• Facilitate learning sessions and support engaging learning experiences across different formats

• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop practical learning content and resources

• Coordinate programme logistics, timelines, resources and stakeholder communications

• Review programme outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance learning effectiveness

• Support organisational development and capability-building initiatives through learning projects

• Conduct research on learning trends and best practices to improve programme relevance

• Manage multiple projects while ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource or relevant field is preferred

• Experience in Learning & Development, programme management, facilitation or training delivery is preferred

• Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

• Good project management and organisational abilities
