Job summary

DAN DAN FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Executive to support employee growth and strengthen our training systems.

You will coordinate and deliver training programmes, prepare materials, support onboarding and develop workplace competencies. You should hold a Bachelor's in Education/English/HR or related field, with at least 2 years' experience in training or learning & development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years in training, teaching, coaching, learning & development or related field.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality or Service industries is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; bilingual English/Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver employee training programmes.
• Prepare training materials and manuals.
• Support onboarding programmes and development plans.
• Develop bilingual English and Chinese training materials where required.
• Monitor training progress and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams.
