SOUTH BEACH INTERNATIONAL HOTEL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant to the Director of Learning and Development to support training alignment with the hotel’s mission and vision.

The role involves coordinating training materials, updating manuals, and managing learning platforms to ensure compliance and effective learning across the team. You will also assist in associating relations events, track mandatory trainings, and promote a culture of learning and excellence within the hotel.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience in training coordination or L&D preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Learning and Development with aligning training activities to the organization’s mission and vision.
• Maintain up-to-date brand and leadership development resources.
• Coordinate and participate in associates’ relations events and training events.
• Ensure training materials and manuals are updated and properly formatted.
• Manage learning platforms and learning coordinator tasks to support hotel training needs.
