Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites applications for a 6-month contract role in Singapore to support learning design and course materials development.

You will collaborate with project co-leads and team members to drive the creation of resources and ensure readiness for implementation. Requirements include a degree or postgraduate diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field, plus experience in learning design or educational technology support.

• Experience in learning design, course support, project coordination, or educational technology support.
• Familiarity with learning design principles and assessment design.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize and update course materials for quality and readiness.
• Develop and format learning and assessment materials for clarity and alignment.
• Coordinate meetings, document discussions, track actions and maintain project records.
• Carry out data collation, basic analysis and administrative tracking.

• Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hour
• Work Type: 6-Month Contract
• Salary: Up to $ 5,500 per month

What you will be working on?

• Drive the development of course-related materials, learning resources and project documentation in collaboration with project co-leads and team members.
• Review, organise and update course-related materials to ensure quality, consistency and readiness for implementation.
• Develop, format and quality-assure learning and assessment materials to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment.
• Develop and refine digital learning materials and simple multimedia resources where required.
• Coordinate meetings, document key discussions, track follow-up actions, and maintain project records and version control.
• Carry out data collation, basic analysis and administrative tracking to support project planning and reporting.
• Work within Blackboard UCV from a staff-user perspective to upload, organise, check and maintain course content and related resources.
• Undertake other general administrative tasks as and when required.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• A degree or post-graduate diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Learning Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in learning design, course support, project coordination, educational technology support, or a related area will be preferred.
• Familiarity with learning design principles such as constructive alignment, writing learning outcomes, and assessment design.
