Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Learning Materials Developer to create and refine course resources and project documentation.

You will ensure quality and consistency, format and quality‑assure learning and assessment materials, develop digital content, coordinate meetings, track actions and support project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop course materials, learning resources and project documentation.
• Review and update course materials for quality and readiness.
• Develop and quality-assure learning and assessment materials.
• Create digital learning content and simple multimedia resources.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions and maintain project records.
• Perform data collation, basic analysis and reporting tracking.
• Handle general administrative tasks as required.

Job description

The Job:

• Drive the development of course-related materials, learning resources and project documentation
• Review, organise and update course-related materials to ensure quality, consistency and readiness for implementation.
• Develop, format and quality-assure learning and assessment materials to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment.
• Develop and refine digital learning materials and simple multimedia resources where required
• Coordinate meetings, document key discussions, track follow-up actions, and maintain project records and version control
• Carry out data collation, basic analysis and administrative tracking to support project planning and reporting
• Undertake other general administrative tasks as and when required
