Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd seeks a detailed Learning Designer to develop course materials, digital resources, and project documentation for IN-Learning. The role requires strong organisational and educational technology skills, with hands-on use of Blackboard UCV and multimedia tools.

You will coordinate with project leads to ensure material quality, consistency, and alignment, while supporting planning and reporting activities. 6-month contract with a West Singapore location and office hours.

Qualifications

• Degree or post-graduate diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Learning Design, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in learning design, course support, project coordination or educational technology support preferred.
• Familiarity with learning design principles such as constructive alignment and assessment design.
• Staff-user experience with Blackboard UCV is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of course-related materials, learning resources and project documentation in collaboration with project co-leads and team members.
• Review, organise and update course-related materials to ensure quality, consistency and readiness for implementation.
• Develop, format and quality-assure learning and assessment materials for clarity and alignment.
• Develop and refine digital learning materials and simple multimedia resources as required.
• Coordinate meetings, document discussions, track follow-ups, and maintain project records.
• Carry out data collation, basic analysis and administrative tracking to support planning and reporting.
• Work within Blackboard UCV from a staff-user perspective to upload, organise, check and maintain course content and related resources.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Designer to support the development of course materials, digital learning resources, and project documentation within IN-Learning. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and learning design skills, with confidence in using learning platforms and educational technology tools.

• 6 months' contract
• Working Location: West
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Up to $5,500 per month

• Review, organise and update course-related materials to ensure quality, consistency and readiness for implementation.
• Develop, format and quality-assure learning and assessment materials to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment.
• Develop and refine digital learning materials and simple multimedia resources where required.
• Coordinate meetings, document key discussions, track follow-up actions, and maintain project records and version control.
• Carry out data collation, basic analysis and administrative tracking to support project planning and reporting.
• Work within Blackboard UCV from a staff-user perspective to upload, organise, check and maintain course content and related resources.

Who we are looking for:

• Singaporeans only.
• A degree or post-graduate diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Learning Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in learning design, course support, project coordination, educational technology support, or a related area will be preferred.
• Familiarity with learning design principles such as constructive alignment, writing learning outcomes, and assessment design.
• Comfortable working in Blackboard UCV as a staff user, including managing and organising course content and resources.
• Real-world experience using Articulate 360, Genially and/or Vyond will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
