Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd (Outsourcing) is seeking a learning designer to develop engaging course materials and digital resources, applying instructional design skills within an educational technology context.

You will work hands-on to design learning outcomes and assessments, manage content on Blackboard UCV, and create multimedia content using Articulate 360, Genially or Vyond, with strong coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Learning Design, or related field.
• Experience in learning design, course development, project coordination or educational technology.
• Familiarity with learning design principles, learning outcomes and assessment design.
• Must have experience using Blackboard UCV learning platform.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, Genially or Vyond will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple timelines and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine course materials, learning resources and assessment content.
• Review and quality-check learning materials for clarity and alignment.
• Create digital learning content and simple multimedia resources as needed.
• Support course content management and organization through learning platforms.
• Coordinate meetings, track follow-ups and maintain project documentation.
• Support data collation, basic analysis, project tracking and reporting.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:45pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:15pm
Salary: Up to $5,000/month
Contract Duration: 6 months

Who Can Apply?

• Minimum a degree holder in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Learning Design, Communications or related fields.
• Relevant experience in learning design, course development, project coordination or educational technology will be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with learning design principles, including learning outcomes and assessment design.
• Must have experience using Blackboard UCV learning platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate 360, Genially or Vyond will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple timelines and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
