Responsibilities
- Support Learning Needs Analysis activities by identifying and consolidating learning needs, capability gaps, and proposed development initiatives.
- Coordinate and administer learning programmes, workshops, and staff development activities from nomination and registration through to attendance, payment, and completion tracking.
- Maintain accurate learning records, dashboards, trackers, and reports to support management updates and workforce planning.
- Monitor learning expenditure and budget utilisation, including committed costs, payments, and available balances.
- Work closely with internal departments, HR stakeholders, training providers, and relevant partners to ensure the smooth execution of learning initiatives.
- Manage corporate orientation and onboarding arrangements for new employees, including scheduling, registrations, communications, stakeholder coordination, and attendance follow-up.
- Facilitate assigned portions of corporate orientation programmes and ensure key organisational and onboarding messages are communicated effectively.
- Gather participant feedback and assist in reviewing and enhancing orientation content, materials, and processes.
- Support the administration of scholarship and sponsorship programmes, including application processing, interview arrangements, panel coordination, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate leadership development initiatives by managing programme nominations, monitoring participation and completion, and supporting learning pathways.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR, organisational development, and other staff-related projects as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, programme coordination, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, public sector, or large organisational environment will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to work across different teams and levels of the organisation.
- Resourceful and adaptable, with good problem-solving skills and a positive approach to new challenges.
