Job Description Essential Responsibilities

• Co‑lead one of the roadmap transformation project for SQDC operational excellence.
• Facilitate cross functional discussion, problem solving and idea generation to enable successful project implementation.
• Opportunity to learn and execute Lean manufacturing tools and make positive impact to the business.
• Support in data collection and learn to apply data‑driven analytical approach to problem solving.
• Exposure to power generation repair workshop, as well as advanced repair technologies and automations.
• Part of organizing committee and participating in 5‑days Shingijutsu or Lean Kaizen Action Work Out.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering
• Competent with MS Office applications
• Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
• Possess good communication skills
