Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on construction projects as a design consultant or main contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related Built Environment discipline.
• Resourceful, collaborative with a positive, adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Examine current construction processes with a Lean lens to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement via value stream mapping.
• Scan for technologies including robotics and automation to drive productivity and Lean outcomes.
• Integrate Lean and technology solutions into structured frameworks to facilitate industry-wide adoption.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to build interest and buy-in for adoption and implementation of proposed solutions.
