Qualifications

• At least three years of experience on construction projects as a design consultant or main contractor.
• Exposure to Lean construction practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine current construction processes and methods through a Lean lens to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, including value stream mapping and waste reduction principles.
• Scan for and evaluate suitable technologies – including robotics and automation – that can drive productivity and support Lean construction outcomes.
• Integrate proposed Lean and technology solutions into structured frameworks to facilitate industry-wide adoption.
• Engage with relevant industry stakeholders to build interest and garner buy-in for the adoption and implementation of proposed solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related Built Environment discipline
