Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a data-driven professional to advance construction processes through Lean methods and technology adoption. You will analyze site manpower data, evaluate workforce tech, and translate findings into actionable policy guidance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with industry stakeholders to drive adoption of proposed solutions, requiring 3+ years on construction projects and a relevant Built Environment degree. Proficiency in data analytics tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related Built Environment discipline.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools or software (Power BI, Python, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience on construction projects as a design consultant or main contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyse worksite manpower and operational data using data analytics tools to generate actionable insights that inform process re-engineering and technology adoption strategies.
• Scan for and evaluate suitable technologies – including workforce management solutions – that can drive productivity outcomes and inform related policies.
• Synthesize data-driven insights and workforce management findings into structured frameworks to guide policy development and facilitate industry-wide adoption.
• Engage with relevant industry stakeholders to build interest and garner buy-in for the adoption and implementation of proposed solutions.
