Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore invites applications for a role that leads governance of training standards within the Air Force Training Command (AFTC). You will design, develop, and review the Training and Evaluation Framework and Assessment Framework, supported by data analytics to close gaps and drive excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in training development, audits, and quality assurance.
• Experience conducting annual audits on Training Institutes.
• Ability to formulate audit frameworks and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience designing measurement tools to assess training and instructor performance.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the structure of AFTC's executive documents.
• Formulate and review the training evaluation and training assessment frameworks.
• Develop measurement tools to validate training and instructor competencies.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights and formulate trends on AFTC's training health status.
• Plan training analytics studies using collected data to discover insights that improve training outcomes and optimise training effectiveness.
• Drive the implementation of Organisational Excellence efforts.
• Support operations and conduct of exercises where required.
