Job summary

GATES PCM CONSTRUCTION LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Train Operations Lead to manage a team of Works Train Operators and Shunters, ensuring safe and efficient movement of the Engineering Consist (EC). You will mentor trainees and contribute to on-the-job training initiatives.

You will also coordinate incident response and recovery measures, upholding safety standards and company procedures in a demanding rail operations environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in an engineering discipline or GCE A‑Level with minimum 5 years' relevant working experience.
• Able to work independently and perform overtime on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and take charge of a team of Works Train Operators and Shunters.
• Oversee safe movement of the EC in accordance with the Works Train Manual.
• Assist in on-the-job training and mentoring of new Operators.
• Handle operational incidents and implement recovery measures.
