We are hiring a Product Manager to lead core derivative trading products, with a focus on spot margin, and to drive roadmaps, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a product manager in financial trading.
• Solid knowledge of margin and futures products and trading experience.
• Strong learning ability and initiative to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own core derivative trading product management with focus on spot margin.
• Develop product roadmaps, backlogs, and documentation (PRDs, user stories).
• Prioritize with engineering, support QA testing, and manage launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for core derivative trading product management, specifically spot margin
• Drive the development of product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
• Prioritise development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and manage product launches
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver best-in-class solutions and products
• Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a product manager coupled with a good understanding of financial trading systems
• Sound knowledge on financial products (especially on margin and futures product) and trading experience
• Quick learner, can pick up new concepts quickly
• High degree of initiative to work collaboratively across the team and independently
• Familiarity with Agile workflow and ability to work within an Agile environment
