Job summary

Jabil Singapore is seeking a skilled engineer to design, develop, and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for circuit board production. The role involves collaborating with production and engineering teams to ensure testability and reliability of products.

You will review designs, perform failure analysis, and guide testers through debugging and process improvements while ensuring compliance with ISO/QS standards and safety protocols on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Three to five years of experience in the field preferred.
• Experience with test equipment and procedures is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
• Provide failure analysis and tester debugging support; reduce downtime.
• Develop and document testing procedures from design through initial production.
• Generate reports and analyses of test data for engineering teams.
• Train production testing staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
