Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Lead Grilling Server (Part-time) to join our F&B Operations team. The role requires grilling duties across tableside service with a minimum of 27 hours per week and a flexible schedule, including weekend coverage, at hourly rates with performance incentives.

You will demonstrate menu mastery, present dishes with storytelling, and mentor junior staff while maintaining Drim's standards and delivering VIP guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year tableside grilling experience at a reputable restaurant, or at refined Korean restaurant.
• Ability to speak simple to average English and other local languages, to provide good customer service for customers.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a hardworking individual.
• Willingness to work as a team player when preparing dishes and coordinating meal service
• Understanding of portions when cutting and slicing meat, poultry etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tableside BBQ Grilling Server with primary responsibility of preparing and grilling foods to meet customer preferences.
• Demonstrate mastery of Drim's standards and menu before elevation to Lead role.
• Explain menu items with sophistication and cultural authenticity; tell stories about sourcing and preparation.
• Proactively identify VIP guests and provide exceptional, personalized service.
• Maintain attendance and schedule reliability; execute flawless grilling presentations; upsell to drive revenue.
