HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks a Lead, Sustainability, CSR and Philanthropy to shape and drive a comprehensive ESG and philanthropic agenda in Singapore. You will oversee strategies, policies, and employee programs that integrate sustainability across operations and decision-making.

You will collaborate on CSR initiatives, partner with nonprofits, and assess outcomes to continuously improve impact. This role requires strategic vision and strong stakeholder leadership within a global bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, and/or philanthropy, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability standards.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across a matrix organization.
• Proven project management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for sustainability and CSR with drive to influence positive change.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability, CSR and philanthropic strategy for HSBC Life Singapore.
• Ensure policies and sustainability statements align with HSBC standards.
• Foster a culture of sustainability through employee engagement programs.
• Lead sustainability projects (e.g., carbon offsetting) to support reduction goals.
• Lead CSR initiatives to enhance community engagement and stakeholder relations.
• Build partnerships with nonprofits and other stakeholders to bolster impact.
• Assess sustainability initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Educate employees on ESG principles within the corporate culture.
