Job summary

HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced product leader to drive end-to-end development for life insurance products, including design, pricing, approvals and launches.

You will oversee documentation, governance and post-launch performance, collaborating with internal teams, reinsurers and regulators to refine propositions and ensure compliance. A strong background in protection and savings products is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant strong experience in individual life and health insurance product development or management.
• Strong background in protection and savings products with exposure to critical illness riders, market trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate in Business Management, Actuarial or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development including design, pricing and launch of life insurance products.
• Oversee product documentation and delivery (contracts, policy illustrations, summaries, marketing collaterals).
• Monitor product performance and post-launch KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory governance and audit standards are met with proper documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with internal teams, reinsurers, and regulators.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine propositions.
• Support reporting and committee submissions.
• Drive continuous product improvement and lead change initiatives.
