Qualifications

• Experience in environmental and social risk management for banking.
• Education in environmental science, sustainability, finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of Equator Principles IV, IFC Performance Standards, WB EHS Guidelines.
• Sector experience in energy, mining, or manufacturing.
• Ability to engage with senior management and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead E&S due diligence for complex, high-risk transactions.
• Develop and implement sector-specific E&S risk frameworks and policies.
• Integrate climate risk considerations into underwriting and lending processes.
• Advise client coverage on ESG clauses and transitions in loan documentation.
