Job summary

Yesheng Construction is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at the site in Singapore. You will arrange workers, ensure smooth progress, and minimize idling while coordinating with Main-con on drawings, schedules, access, materials and machinery.

You will attend site meetings on behalf of the company and lead a team with a strong focus on RC works, formwork and concreting, together with ensuring productivity and safety on the job.

Qualifications

• 5 years of site experience at a construction site as Subcon Site supervisor or Incharge.
• Knowledge of RC works through full process: rebar, formwork, concreting.
• Understanding labor production rate for RC works.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange workers to complete construction works daily and minimize idling.
• Coordinate with Main-con on drawings, schedule, access, materials, machinery.
• Attend all site meetings on behalf of the company.
