Job summary

SIONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities and progress independently in Singapore. You will lead a team of workers and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities include resolving design issues on site, preparing daily progress reports and schedules, and performing electrical fitting work and routine maintenance as required.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of related construction experience.
• Able to read structural drawings and specs.
• Experience leading a team of workers/sub-contractors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently on site.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during construction.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Monitor contract works to ensure compliance with specs, codes, scope and safety regulations.
• Experience leading RC workers is an advantage.
• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Handle general electrical fitting work.
• Perform other duties as required.
