Job summary

ASE Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to head Test/Product Engineering. You will mentor a team delivering solutions for yield improvement, device offload, and test program development and validation.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, chair meetings, and champion continuous improvements in quality and productivity across Test Operations and QA.

Qualifications

• Degree in any engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience in semiconductor/cleanroom environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analytics and coding.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and foster teamwork.
