Job summary

Unknown Client in Singapore is seeking a Lead/Senior Engineer in Power Electronics to lead research, evaluation and development from concept to product readiness. You will design, simulate, prototype and validate power electronic circuits and systems to ensure performance, reliability and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering with at least 10 years of product development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in power electronics design, including circuit analysis, simulation, PCB design, power semiconductors and thermal management.
• Experience with LTSpice, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, Mentor Graphics or equivalents.
• Solid understanding of EMC/EMI compliance and product development from concept through production.
• Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) or Motor Drive Systems (BLDC, PMDC or AC motors) is advantageous.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in power electronics design, including circuit analysis, simulation, PCB design, power semiconductors and thermal management.
• Experience using simulation and design tools such as LTSpice, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, Mentor Graphics or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of EMC/EMI compliance, design verification, and product development from concept through production.
• Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) or Motor Drive Systems (BLDC, PMDC or AC motors), withknowledge of AC-DC/DC-DC conversion and battery charging technologies considered advantageous.
