Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Scheduling Lead to develop detailed project schedules for facility operations, renovations and new construction using Primavera P6 and related tools. The role requires 5–8 years of scheduling experience in facilities, construction, or maintenance with expertise in critical path analysis and resource leveling.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers and maintenance staff to ensure timely delivery, accurate reporting and effective cost control.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
Hold a valid Primavera P6 software license and proven expertise in the software.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules for facility operations, including maintenance, renovations and new construction using Primavera P6 or other tools; identify milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
Track and update project schedules; conduct critical path analysis and provide reports to leadership.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, maintenance staff and stakeholders; coordinate meetings and act as the main contact for schedule inquiries.
Identify scheduling risks and develop contingency plans to address disruptions.
Prepare reports, Gantt charts and dashboards; maintain documentation of schedules and timelines.
