Job summary

VSL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Safety Lead to oversee safety operations at a major worksite in Singapore. You will promote a culture of safety, implement programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will conduct risk assessments, lead safety training, organize drills, and drive incident investigations, reporting to management and collaborating with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of safety management experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct investigations and risk assessments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to prevent injuries.
