in Singapore is looking for a Safety Lead to ensure workplace safety standards across project sites and compliance with Singapore WSH and environmental requirements. You will maintain the safety framework, conduct site surveillance, lead hazard/risk assessments, investigations and audits, and drive continuous safety improvements across projects in collaboration with management, contractors, clients and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive workplace safety standards across project sites, ensuring operations meet Singapore WSH and environmental requirements.
• Maintain safety framework including procedures, records and reporting systems with site-level controls.
• Conduct regular site surveillance to identify unsafe conditions and gaps in work practices with timely corrective actions.
• Lead risk management activities: hazard identification, risk assessments, controls and periodic reviews for ongoing works.
• Manage safety engagement programmes: inductions, toolbox talks, training and competency programs.
• Coordinate incident response: investigate accidents/near misses and implement root-cause actions.
• Support audits and inspections, prepare documentation and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site management, contractors, consultants, clients and agencies on WSH matters.
• Monitor safety performance and drive continuous improvement through reporting and actions.
