Job summary

GEOSMART INTERNATIONAL in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and tender support for construction projects.

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions, evaluate subcontractor quotes and invoices, and maintain thorough project documentation with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
