The ideal candidate has 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD. This position is based at CT HUB 2 with permanent status and a professional track record in construction.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in quantity surveying or a closely related field.
• Strong proficiency in cost control, procurement and sourcing activities for construction projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration for projects.
• Prepare procurement documents and sourcing strategies to meet timelines.
• Monitor costs, quantities and variations to ensure project profitability.
