Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with 5–8 years of experience, and proficient in AutoCAD, PDF measurement software, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, contracts administration, procurement and cost management.
• Strong experience in tendering, contracts management, variation claims, cost control and final account settlement.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantity take-offs and preparation of Bills of Quantities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage tender documents, procurement activities, and contract documentation.
• Cost planning, budgeting, tender evaluations, and cost submissions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze cost performance and implement cost control measures.
