Job summary

Coilcraft is seeking a Quality Lead to drive QA initiatives, develop inspection plans, and analyze data to prevent defects. You will collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a degree in quality or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with expertise in SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and ISO/TS standards. Located in Singapore, based on-site with potential international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality.
• Strong understanding of QMS, SPC, and lean techniques.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and TS16949 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality control plans, including inspections and testing.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Provide training on quality control best practices to staff.
• Document processes and maintain traceability records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancement.
