Job summary

Coilcraft Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our team based in Bintan. In this full-time role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of manufacturing processes and products, working closely with production to identify and resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

You will implement quality plans, analyse data, conduct audits, provide training, and maintain detailed records, with a relocation package and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, QA, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, SPC, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in quality control tools and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to be permanently based in Bintan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality control plans including inspections and testing.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Provide training on quality control practices.
• Document processes and maintain records.
• Pursue continuous improvement opportunities.
