Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality.
• Strong understanding of QMS, SPC, and lean techniques.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and TS16949 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality control plans, including inspections and testing.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Provide training on quality control best practices to staff.
• Document processes and maintain traceability records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality control plans, including inspections, testing, and monitoring procedures to ensure product quality
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions that prevent defects and improve processes
• Collaborate with production teams to investigate and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on quality control best practices to enhance team capabilities
• Document quality-related processes and maintain detailed, accurate records for traceability and review
• Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Quality, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and industry
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing techniques
Proficiency in quality control tools and software such as SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and quality management systems
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 and TS16949 standards
• Strong leadership qualities and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
