Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks a senior quality engineering leader to champion shift-left quality, risk-based testing, and AI-powered QA across large-scale programs in Singapore. You will shape testing strategy, define gates, and drive automation adoption to ensure customer-centric quality.

You will mentor teams, lead cross-functional testing efforts, and partner with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver reliable software at scale while communicating progress to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading quality engineering at enterprise scale.
• Expertise in risk-based testing methodologies and shift-left strategy.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and driving automation adoption.
• Applied experience with Generative AI/AIML in QA or software development contexts.
• Strong ability to analyze system architectures and translate into test designs.
• Proven ability to influence across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for large-scale, cross-functional programs across UAT, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Define quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and testing strategies aligned to project goals and risk tolerance.
• Mentor QA engineers and cross-functional partners to build lasting capability.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
