Knight Frank’s Workplace Consulting & Project Management team is seeking a Project Manager to lead workplace and real estate projects from brief through procurement, implementation and handover in Singapore.

You will act as day-to-day lead, ensuring alignment on scope, programme, cost, quality and risk while guiding project support and growing client relationships for future opportunities.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in project management, workplace, office fit-out, construction or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing office fit-out or workplace projects through multiple stages of delivery.
• Understanding of design, procurement and construction processes.
• Strong programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead client and project meetings and communicate clearly.
• Proactive in identifying issues and escalating matters.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage scope and resources.
• Tertiary qualification; professional accreditation is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from brief to handover.
• Coordinate master programme and manage activities and dependencies.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords and client stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, record decisions and actions, and maintain clear communication.
• Monitor progress, quality and risks during implementation.
• Coordinate handover, defects management, closeout and transfer of project information.
• Develop client relationships and seek opportunities for future work.
