Job summary

Knight Frank Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead Workplace Consulting and Project Management assignments from brief through handover. You will coordinate designers, contractors and stakeholders to deliver office fit-out projects on time and within budget.

You will manage master programmes, procurement, risk and quality, while developing client relationships and guiding junior team members on project delivery. A relevant tertiary qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing office fit-out or workplace projects through multiple stages of delivery.
• Understanding of design, procurement and construction processes.
• Strong programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead client and project meetings and communicate complex matters clearly.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project scope and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief to handover and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, record decisions, track actions and communicate updates.
• Monitor progress, quality, risks and budget; manage procurement and contracts.
• Develop robust project controls and support business development opportunities.
