Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor in Kallang, Singapore to direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of lines, ensuring delivery of volume, quality and cost goals. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with engineers to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of production lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
• Lead a team of professionals and coach operators for performance and capability improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and advise on resolution to maintain smooth production.
• Collaborate with engineers on process improvements and cost-saving projects.
• Plan and prioritise production schedules based on product introduction and materials supply.
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
