Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for our operations in Kallang, Singapore. The role involves directing manufacturing operations across multiple lines to meet volume, quality, and cost targets.

You will lead engineers and operators, evaluate performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement while coaching staff to enhance capability and productivity. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience are required.

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines to reach volume, quality and cost goals.
• Evaluate daily/regular plant operating performance and advise on changes to improve efficiencies and quality.
• Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on resolutions.
• Coach operators and engage in training to improve performance and capability.
• Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
• Assist in department budget planning and management of expenses.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and safety policies.
