Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to oversee a manufacturing floor in Singapore. You will lead and coach production associates to meet daily targets, while ensuring safety, quality, and ISO compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years of team leadership in manufacturing, familiarity with takt time and line balancing, and hands-on assembly oversight. You will report to supervisors and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2–3 years' experience leading a production/manufacturing team.
Knowledge of production processes, ISO documentation and quality control.
Familiarity with takt time, manpower planning and line balancing.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Willing to work rotating 3 shifts and perform manual handling when required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Production Associates to meet daily targets.
Monitor production output, quality, and safety and address issues promptly.
Conduct team briefings and prepare production performance reports.
Oversee hands-on assembly of components and sub-assemblies across production lines.
Support NPI, production ramp-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage manpower allocation, attendance, cross-training, and workforce development.
Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, 5S, quality and safety standards.
Work closely with supervisors and management to improve production efficiency.
