GovTech is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Ministry of Law’s Access to Justice and Regulation initiatives. You will own the product strategy, drive transformation across legal and licensing domains, and partner with policy, operations, engineering and design to deliver enduring outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance regulatory safeguards with user needs, and translate complex policy into practical, scalable product solutions that improve public outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading government or public-sector product teams.
• Proven ability to translate policy into product outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across policy and operations.

• Own the product strategy across two domains: Access to Justice and Regulation.
• Lead and coach Product Managers to empower teams.
