Job summary

GovTech Singapore in Singapore is seeking a Lead Product Manager to steer high-impact initiatives across government agencies, applying product thinking and government context to shape scalable, value-driven solutions. You will guide problem framing to delivery and embed with agency teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor permanent product teams, and champion Agile practices to accelerate public sector transformation and the Smart Nation agenda.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or related roles.
• Proven ability to deliver impact in greenfield and brownfield environments.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect strategic objectives to product execution.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to engage confidently with senior government stakeholders and frontline teams alike.
• Strong influence and collaboration skills, with experience working across organisational boundaries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to create impact for public good.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product initiatives, from discovery and framing through to product vision, roadmap, and implementation planning
• Drive innovation by aligning product solutions with agency objectives
• Serve as an embedded partner to agencies, helping them navigate complex product and technology challenges whilst building internal capabilities
• Establish and mentor permanent product teams within agencies, transferring product management expertise and best practices
• Influence the adoption of product and engineering methodologies that support scalability, sustainability, and measurable impact across government
• Represent the organisation in cross-agency forums, communities of practice, and thought leadership events

[What you will be working on]

You'll apply strong product thinking, systems-level insight, and government context expertise to shape solutions that are not just feasible, but truly impactful for Singapore.
