Job summary

ST Engineering seeks a seasoned product leader to own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery to launch and measurement, coaching client Product Managers to build capability. You will define strategy, map stories, and facilitate workshops with a consultancy mindset, focusing on outcomes over outputs.

The role emphasizes risk validation, customer research, and data-driven iteration within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end.
Proven ability to lead discovery and kill projects when evidence demands it.
Methods: Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, outcome-based roadmaps.
Bonus: Familiarity with SG Gov ecosystem (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) or SG government experience.

Responsibilities

Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives with OKRs and outcome roadmaps.
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability tests) to validate hypotheses.
Define product strategy, story mapping and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and track KPIs (velocity, cycle time).
Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks and analytics instrumentation.
Analyze post-launch data and drive iterative improvements; lead retrospectives.
Coach client Product Managers through pairing and enablement sessions.
