Job summary

As Lead Product Manager, you will work in a product trio with Engineering and Design leads, translate priorities into roadmaps, ensure secure, scalable delivery and help GovTech deliver public digital services with citizen and business at heart.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy for fCMS domains, translating Judiciary priorities, user needs, operational complexity and legislative changes into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Work in a product trio with Engineering and Design leads to discover, prioritise and deliver solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, secure and scalable.
• Understand users and court operations by working with judges, judicial officers, lawyers, court administrators, partner agencies and members of the public to identify where digital products can make the greatest difference.
• Deliver value incrementally using modern product and engineering practices that reduce delivery risk, support learning from real usage and avoid big-bang replacement.
• Shape a secure and adaptable platform that can support evolving court processes, new government policies, integrations, data needs and long-term operational resilience.
• Build alignment and product capability by communicating product direction clearly, influencing through evidence, and coaching or guiding Product Managers where appropriate.
• Experience leading complex digital products, platforms or enterprise workflows is important. Experience in government, justice, regulated environments or large-scale transformation programmes will be advantageous, but not essential.
