Job summary

Versuni is seeking a Principal Product Development engineer to translate complex requirements into fully verified home electronics products. You will lead design, integration and testing of systems, subsystems and components, while maintaining schedules and budgets and ensuring thorough documentation.

You will work across mechanical, electrical and software domains, driving innovation and leading project teams to deliver consumer-centric products for mass production.

Qualifications

• Design, realization and test of a system, subsystem and component.
• Develops specifications and tests, and verifies performance.
• Finalizes system requirements, schematics, drawings and tests.
• Provides input to project planning, schedules and budgets.
• Documents hardware, software and mechanics for the product.

Responsibilities

• Contacts with set makers, production centres regarding problems and manufacturability.
• Combines existing modules into components for subsystem integration.
• Seeks explanations and solutions for technical problems within project timelines.
• Delivers input in planning and supports project leaders with progress reporting.
• Ensures proper documentation for all developed hardware, software and mechanics.
